We want to thank you for the success of our WWII recognition and memorial site created to honor those that participated and came to be known as the Greatest Generation. We thank those that submitted the late 30's, the 40's and early 50's images, and the historical and technical data of the war years to include and posted to the web site. We had numerous requests for information on the aircraft, bases, towns and crews, as well as images if available for their collections.

We have enjoyed accumulating the information of the WWII era, doing research of all available information and images related to the site and we endeavored to keep the information with reference to pictures and images any associated text accurate especially with names. We have several thousand images with No Name on image or descriptive text on back or in file name of downloaded images but the majority of images uploaded during the years since we started have been in keeping with the sites intent.
